Exhibitor Move in - Hall 1

Monday - October 24
8:00 - 11:00 AM - Apparatus Move-in
12 Noon - 5:00 PM - General Exhibitor Move-In

The registration desk will be open around 10:00 am on Monday, October 24th and is located in the same hall as the exhibits.  Stop by and pick up your exhibitor packets when you arrive at the Convention Center.    

ALERT:  Road construction has just started around the Convention Center.  Please use caution as you enter the parking lot.  You are able to drive into the exhibit hall and unload your booth materials.

Exhibitor Forms and Service Kit 
Most all of the exhibitor forms you need for the show can be located on the Exhibitor Forms Web page.

It is password protected. The password can be found in your Exhibitors Marketing Kit that was sent to you with the Expo Passes.

To request the password, please send an email to joanne@fireshowsreno.com.

Most apparatus space is 20' x 40'.  For exhibitors that may wish to display a smaller unit, please call our office to review some options on the show floor.

Cost per apparatus space is based on the amount of space needed.  The minimum amount of apparatus space is 500 sq. ft.

Min 500 sq. ft.  = $7.95 psf
501-900 sq. ft.  = $6.95 psf
Over 900 sq. ft. = $5.95 psf

Grand Prize Drawing

Exhibitor Grand Prize
Up to $1,000.00 credit will be given away to one lucky exhibitor.  The credit will be applied toward their 2012 exhibit space.  The drawing will be held on Wednesday, Oct 26th between 12 Noon and 1:30 pm inside the exhibit hall.

Exhibitors must attend the annual FSMVA meeting to be held on Wed., Oct 26th at 8:30 am to obtain their entry ticket for the drawing.  Certain restrictions will apply.
