This registration form is our general registration for those planning to attend the FireShowsReno conference sessions, general sessions and exhibits at FireShowsReno.

#2 - Nevada SERC HAZMAT Program
The second registration form is Nevada specific for Nevada LEPC attendees who are registering to attend HAZMAT First Responder Program sponsored by the Nevada State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) and the Nevada State Fire Marshal Division.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. 

Cancellations must be sent in writing to FireShowsReno via fax or email.  All cancellations must be received before October 8, 2010.  After October 8, the registration fee is non-refundable.

HAZMAT First Responder Program

For attendees  planning to attend the HAZMAT First Responder Program (who are not members of the Nevada  LEPC)
